Cheesy Beef & Bowties in Garlic Butter
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. Bowtie Pasta (or another fun shape)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Cook the pasta, al dente in a pot of salted water. Reserve ½ cup of the pasta water for later.
- In a large skillet over medium high heat brown the ground beef breaking it up as it cooks. Drain the fat and set aside.
- Add the butter to the skillet and melt, then add the minced garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
