Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Cremini mushrooms 24, stems removed
  • Breadcrumbs 1/4 cup
  • Parmesan 1/4 cup
  • Cream cheese 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 2 tbsp minced
  • Fresh parsley 2 tbsp chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, cream cheese, garlic, and parsley
  • Spoon filling into mushroom caps
  • Arrange on a baking sheet and bake 15–18 minutes
