Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Cremini mushrooms 24, stems removed
- Breadcrumbs 1/4 cup
- Parmesan 1/4 cup
- Cream cheese 2 tbsp
- Garlic 2 tbsp minced
- Fresh parsley 2 tbsp chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, cream cheese, garlic, and parsley
- Spoon filling into mushroom caps
- Arrange on a baking sheet and bake 15–18 minutes
