Grilled Turmeric Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs. of boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 tsp Turmeric
  • ½ tsp ground Cumin
  • ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
  • ¼ tsp Ground Ginger
  • ½ tsp Dried Oregano
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • ½ cup Olive Oil

 

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine all ingredients except the chicken and olive oil and let stand for 10 minutes.
  • Add olive oil and mix well.
  • In a mixing bowl toss the chicken and the marinade until well coated.
  • Place in a container and refrigerate at least 1 hour but 1 day or more is best.
  • Grill 10 minutes on each side.

 

NOTES

  • Slice the chicken
  • Serve with rice
  • Put it a flour tortilla or a wrap
  • Try adding lettuce, cheese, sliced peppers and top with any sauce of your liking.
