Grilled Turmeric Chicken
INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs. of boneless chicken thighs
- 3 tsp Turmeric
- ½ tsp ground Cumin
- ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
- ¼ tsp Ground Ginger
- ½ tsp Dried Oregano
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- ½ cup Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients except the chicken and olive oil and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Add olive oil and mix well.
- In a mixing bowl toss the chicken and the marinade until well coated.
- Place in a container and refrigerate at least 1 hour but 1 day or more is best.
- Grill 10 minutes on each side.
NOTES
- Slice the chicken
- Serve with rice
- Put it a flour tortilla or a wrap
- Try adding lettuce, cheese, sliced peppers and top with any sauce of your liking.
