Coleslaw
INGREDIENTS
- 1 16 ounce bag of cole slaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrot)
- 2/3 cup of mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients except the cole slaw mix.
- Add the cole slaw mix and toss until blended.
- Cover and refrigerate
NOTES
- Best made a day ahead which allows the vegetables to soften, release liquid and flavor to develop. It will thicken some after resting.
