Coleslaw

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 16 ounce bag of cole slaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrot)
  • 2/3 cup of mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

DIRECTIONS

  • In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients except the cole slaw mix.
  • Add the cole slaw mix and toss until blended.
  • Cover and refrigerate

NOTES

  • Best made a day ahead which allows the vegetables to soften, release liquid and flavor to develop. It will thicken some after resting.
